Mäkelä returns to Munich

Klaus Mäkelä made his debut with the Symphonieorchester des Bayerische Rundfunks in February and this week he is back in Munich to conduct three concerts with soloist Igor Levit at the Herkulesaal. The programme features Stravinsky’s Concerto for String Orchestra, Mozart’s Piano Concerto in E Flat Major, KV 271 “Jenamy” and Bartók’s Divertimento for String Orchestra. Audiences can watch the filmed concert on Friday at 20.15 CET on ARDalpha (TV) and the orchestra’s website or listen live on BR Klassik.
